By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products
All jewellery is handmade and may vary slightly in colour, pattern, finish, and size from the photographs shown. These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade work and are not considered faults.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an error has occurred in pricing, product information, or availability.
Bespoke and Personalised Orders
Bespoke and personalised jewellery is made to your specifications. Once work has begun, changes may not be possible and such items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Care of Jewellery
Customers are responsible for the proper care and storage of their jewellery. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

All designs, photographs, images, text, and content on this website remain the property of Emilia Belderbos and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the item purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
