Shipping policy

DELIVERY & POSTAGE POLICY

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery and will cost £10 per order, a fully tracked and insured delivery service.

Dispatch Times

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Bespoke or made-to-order jewellery will have longer production times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information from Royal Mail.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We may request photographs to help resolve the issue with the courier.
