Coming from a family of architects, this collection explores family history, memory, and photography. Inspired by personal photographs and a cinema in Crosby, Liverpool, it investigates the relationship between film, camera lenses, and family connections.

Through depth, shadow, and illusion, the work abstracts photographic imagery, while light reveals hidden details and shifting visual effects. Mirror and iridescent acrylic enhance these interactions, projecting colour and imagery from different angles. Influenced by colours discovered while researching the Crosby cinema, vibrant reds and blues connect themes of memory, architecture, and generations past.
